The protection of personal data is an important concern to us. For this reason, our activities are governed by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and data security. According to § 13 (1) Telemedia Act we would like to inform you about the use of personal data before you start using our website.

As part of this Privacy Statement we would like to inform you about how we ensure the protection of the data you provide. We collect, process or use personal data of our customers and prospective customers strictly in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

The processing and storage of data is required to establish and handle business relationships with our customers. We use this data, as it is necessary, to fulfill our rights and obligations arising from the business relationship in accordance with § 28 (1) German Data Protection Act (BDSG). Your data will not be used for purposes of market research or for the creation of user profiles.

To protect the personal data from unauthorized access and misuse, we have taken extensive technical and operational security measures. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to the latest technological standard.

Our employees are bound to maintain confidentiality and to non-impairment of the data protection according to § 5 BDSG.

We do not collect special categories of personal data according to § 3 (9) BDSG.

Personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address is not collected, unless this information is provided voluntarily, e.g. as part of a registration, a survey or a specific inquiry. Personal data collected during a visit to our website is processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. (§ 14 BDSG).

Use of cookies – each time a user accesses a page from our website and every time a file is opened, data is stored in a log file. This data is not personal, i.e. we cannot determine which user has accessed which data. For each retrieval the following data is stored: Name of the file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred and a message if the retrieval was successful. The IP address of the computer from which the request was sent will not be stored. Therefore we cannot create personal user profiles.

When your personal data is collected for the first time without your knowledge, you will be notified about the nature of the data, the purpose of the collection, processing or use and the identity of the data controller, in accordance with § 33 (1) BDSG.

We store the personal data provided only as long as it is necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Should data be stored incorrectly, please let us know, we will then correct it. Further you have the right to request blockage or deletion of your personal data. You provide your consent to the Privacy Policy and the electronic storage of your personal data in accordance with § 13 (2,3) Telemedia Act. Our directory of procedures pursuant to § 4g (2) sentence 2 BDSG can be viewed by everybody upon request and will be sent to you upon written demand.
